Time_Circuits_BTTFHey Everyone!

Some of you who come to the site regularly (I’m looking at you, “herbal supplement” spambot) might remember I wrote a track for Microjam over a year ago where I took composer Ryan Davies challenge to see what I could create in only 30 minutes. I think it turned out ok, and more importantly, it taught me a lot about prioritizing what matters when I’m trying to write and pressed for time.

For example, making myself a "victory sandwich" every time I successfully finish a bassline was turning out to be a bit of a time-waster. A delicious, delicious time-waster.

It’s been a while, so I thought It’d be a good idea to give it another shot and see what I can come up with in a half an hour. It felt a bit frantic when I clicked the stopwatch on and got started, but it was also pretty freeing to not feel the need to go back and revise everything I’d done, because I simply didn’t have time for it. Hope you like it.

Shout out to Extent of the Jam, who’s DIGITS synth is used as the lead here. Also, you should go to his SoundCloud and check out his work. Like right now. It’s awesome.
